Tim is a globally recognised expert in the valuation of intellectual property and intangible assets, with over 25 years of experience across M&A, litigation, tax compliance, strategy and IP financing. He helps clients grow the value of their brands, technology and data by quantifying the links between asset strength, market performance, earnings and risk. 

Prior to joining QANTM Valuations, Tim was a Partner in the M&A Valuation and IP Advisory practices of Deloitte. His work spans clients in Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia, including blue-chip corporates, government agencies and law firms. He has acted as an expert witness before the Australian courts, Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Board of Review. 

Tim is the author of the RICS Guidance Note on the Valuation of Intellectual Property Rights and a contributing author to International Licensing and Technology Transfer. Since 2013 he has been featured in the IAM Strategy 300 – The World’s Leading IP Strategists.
