Jane is an experienced adviser in the strategic management, commercialisation and governance of intangible assets. 

She previously served as General Counsel, Intellectual Property, and Special Counsel Technology, Innovation & Intellectual Property at Telstra Limited, leading advisory teams across IP, technology and data strategy. After her executive career, Jane co-founded an IP advisory venture with QANTM Intellectual Property Limited, supporting corporate and government clients in commercialising and managing intangible assets. 

She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee member at Agriculture Victoria Services Pty Ltd, and is an active contributor to national IP policy through the Law Council of Australia's IP Committee.
