Callia is a finance and valuation analyst supporting engagements across intellectual property, intangible assets and broader business valuation. Her work spans financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and scenario and sensitivity analysis, with a focus on translating analytical findings into clear outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prior to joining QANTM Valuations, Callia was at Willis Towers Watson, where she supported actuarial valuations, financial reporting, investment performance monitoring and funding analysis for corporate superannuation funds and multinational clients. Her earlier experience spans actuarial consulting, financial modelling and business valuation. 

Callia holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Edinburgh, graduating with Distinction and receiving the Academic Excellence Award for the highest overall mark in her cohort, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Studies and Finance from the University of Melbourne. Her academic and research work covers equity valuation, credit risk modelling, derivatives, and empirical research into equity market crashes and corporate default risk.
